The GC3 Project is a multi-phased landscaped urban campus environment including a mix of media, high technology and entertainment related office uses located adjacent to the ABC7 Television News Studios and the DreamWorks Animation Campus. Phases1 & 2 included the construction of 3 office buildings totaling 588,000 square feet.
