$450,000,000 widening of the Interstate 5 Freeway through center of the City of Burbank including the introduction of carpool lanes, a new diamond interchange at Empire Avenue to connect the east and west sides of the City, new railroad bridge grade separation of a major rail corridor at Buena Vista Street, and demolition and reconstruction of the Burbank Boulevard Bridge.
